Professor of Islamic Culture at the Italian Institute of Islamic Studies, Director of Studies at the Averroè Institute of Islamic Studies in Piacenza, and Professor of Arabic Language and Culture at the Società Umanitaria in Milan. He holds a PhD from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and a Master's in Islamic Theology from Cambridge Islamic College.
I work in technopolitics, a term that sums up my passions. I'm a computer scientist and a student of international relations at the University of Parma. As a social entrepreneur, I try to apply technology to solve collective problems. I was a founder of the Italians Without Citizenship movement and a board member of the Mondinsieme Foundation of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
